World Obstacle and its association members are now integrating into the UIPM.

The 12th FISO Congress voted in March 2026 to approve the integration of FISO into the Union Internationale de Pentathlon Moderne (UIPM), achieving an important step toward the unification of obstacle sports throughout the world within the Olympic movement.
