ABOUT
The OCR European Championships are the official OCR championships for Europe. Individual medals are awarded in competitive categories, elite and age group (Gold, Silver and Bronze), plus team awards.
WHO CAN COMPETE?
Races are open to elite and amateur athletes across 5 year age groups. Athletes from all countries are welcome to participate, but only citizens and permanent residents of countries in Europe are eligible for awards. Register here. National Teams and qualification criteria are specified by the national federation in each country.

- 100 m Track Race (Individual)
- 4 km Individual
- 15 km Individual
- 8 km Open (non-elite)
- 9 km Team

The OCR European Championships is the official Obstacle Course Racing Championships for Europe, under regulation of OCR Europe, the European Obstacle Sports Federation.

The Asia-Pacific OCR championships are the official OCR championships for Asia and the Pacific. Individual medals are awarded in competitive categories, elite and age group (Gold, Silver and Bronze), plus team awards.
WHO CAN COMPETE?
Races are open to elite and amateur athletes across 5 year age groups. Athletes from all countries are welcome to participate, but only citizens and permanent residents of countries in Asia are eligible for awards.

The Pan American OCR championships are the official championships for the continental Americas. Individual medals are awarded in elite categories (Gold, Silver and Bronze), plus team trophies for the top three countries.
WHO CAN COMPETE?
Races are open to elite and amateur athletes across 5 year age groups. Athletes from all countries are welcome to participate, but only citizens and permanent residents of countries in the Americas are eligible for awards.

- 1,200 m Track Race
- 5 km International Distance
- 10 km Standard Distance
